IIT Students Developed Inflatable Airbag Helmet

• The inflatable airbag helmet was developed by three final year mechanical engineering students at IIT Roorkee - Rajvardhan Singh, Sarang Nagwanshi and Mohit Siddha.

To be noticed:
• The airbag helmet reduces the impact on the head by up to 4 times
• The final production version of the helmet could cost up to Rs. 2,000
• The airbag inflatable helmet is made of kevlar
